1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Prime Captain Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Scope

Prime Captain offers digital marketing, social media management, and web design services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for each project will be defined in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Quote.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any project.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before the transfer of ownership of any assets.
• Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of active services.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide all necessary assets (logos, images, brand guidelines) and feedback within agreed-upon timeframes. Delays in providing materials may extend project deadlines.

5. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received, Prime Captain retains ownership of all creative work. Upon final payment, the client is granted full ownership of final designs and web code, while Prime Captain retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prime Captain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
